These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Commercial HVAC Services of Houston ("we," "us," or "our") and our customers ("you" or "customer") for all HVAC services, including but not limited to design, installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Our Services

Scope of Services

We provide professional commercial HVAC services including:

• System design and engineering
• Equipment installation and replacement
• Preventive maintenance and inspections
• Emergency repairs and troubleshooting
• Energy efficiency assessments
• System upgrades and retrofits
• 24/7 emergency service

Service Standards

• All work performed by licensed and certified technicians
• Compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Use of industry-standard materials and equipment
• Adherence to manufacturer specifications and warranties
• Professional installation and workmanship standards

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality service and safety, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate property access information and keys if needed
• Ensure safe working conditions and clear access to equipment
• Be present for major installations or provide authorized representative
• Provide accurate system information and service history
• Allow reasonable time for service completion
• Comply with payment terms and schedules

Pricing and Payment

Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered
• Change orders require written approval and may affect pricing
• Emergency services may incur premium rates

Payment Terms

• Payment due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• Large projects may require progress payments
• Late payments may incur finance charges
• All taxes and fees are additional

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

• One year warranty on all installation workmanship
• Parts and equipment covered by manufacturer warranties
• Warranty covers defects in materials and labor
• Normal wear and tear not covered

Maintenance Agreements

• Regular maintenance extends equipment life and warranties
• Priority service for maintenance agreement customers
• Discounted rates for covered repairs

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of service
• Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature
• Normal system degradation or age-related failures
• Issues arising from improper use or maintenance
• Consequential damages or business losses

Permits and Codes

We obtain all necessary permits for installations and modifications. Additional fees for permits, inspections, or code-required changes will be charged to the customer. We comply with all applicable building codes, electrical codes, and safety regulations.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 for critical system failures. Emergency response times may vary based on technician availability and traffic conditions. Emergency services are billed at premium rates and require immediate payment upon completion.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. Work in progress will be completed at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
